Vertical Window Air Conditioner I Was Installing A Window Mounted Air Conditioner And Tipped It Vertical For A Few Seconds. Is It Safe To Use?

I was installing a window mounted air conditioner and tipped it vertical for a few seconds. Is it safe to use? - vertical window air conditioner

I was installing the AC unit (for me) and had pressed against his chest. I was under the window was installed in the vertical plane and had the press not more than 20 seconds. Is it safe to plug and play, or do I have to wait some days, like a refrigerator?

I see you are new to the answers. It is important to understand that people respond only by two points if they completely disoriented. As the functioning of the unit more.
The problem is the compressor oil. The device should not be worn on its side or upside down. Oil can fall from the operation of the compressor and dry to boot. Therefore, the period of 24 hours of waiting. Activation of the device during the installation part will not hurt.
I have more than 20 seconds, while cleaning and was not damaged.

Wal-Mart has been working as it rolled down the stairs at the end of the table is a printing system, which causes DO circulates Freon condensing coil, that the area of cold water to form droplets on the coil Therefore, dehumidification and cooling of the air, like a fan in the room with the exception of the drip tray on the ground that his head still installed and can work

Mountain .... is correct. if it can wait only 20 seconds for a half hour to the return of oil would be good enough. If that was the point of his side much longer than necessary, let stand over night before. It's OK to get in touch, just a little bit waiting for the light.

I would let stand 24 hours before plugging into a refrigerator. I think it is better to be safe then sorry. You do not want the lack of patient harm.

It is a myth. You will receive a short vertical edge of each train. Then you must wait 24 hours for liquids, whether turning some is long done.

I think it's an urban legend. Never heard of a refrigerator, and makes no sense.
