Do you have the Dove models? Think you know your BMI?

Get Over It, and not increase with time, the stick thin models, and in fact, that most of us look sick.

Weight loss is simple, there are only two things you must do to achieve their goals:

1. Restrict daily calories to 1600 calories per day. By increasing the amount of fruit and vegetables you eat, you will be able to keep the consumption at this level without feeling hungry or uncomfortable.

2. Exercise for an hour a day, every day. You may go right to just Pilates, but do it. One hour. Every day.

It is a very simple recipe for losing weight, but it works. It worked for me, I lost 62 pounds in this way. It is for you if you commit to it and stick to it.

Good luck!
