Edamame Nuts What To Do With Edamame?

What to do with edamame? - edamame nuts

We are trying to eat better and eat new things, find it good for you. My sister said I should try edamame. I was very impressed. I can attitude is wrong. I have some things in production and it was cold and fresh as can be? He said that a lemon, and press a little more and eat like crazy? It was not good. Do I get something wrong or just not right wrong?

Maybe not like it, I'm not crazy about me ... reminds me that I hate beans. Most people eat only raw "as is".

Edamame is great, one of the most nutritious vegetables. My husband and 3 years old hatreds. I have food in my home-made soups, to put food processor, and in my red sauce (spinach, zucchini, too) to eat. Sometimes I fry with virgin olive oil and garlic, and butter.

I buy in the frozen food section, comes in a bag and is much cheaper and more convenient way. In fact, I've learned in my nutrition classes, frozen vegetables are often better for you because they will be processed immediately after harvest and are not put into a waiting truck for delivery.

Example, a variety of frozen and experimentation.

Try to steam into the car for about 2-4 minutes in the microwave and then add a little salt. It can also be steamed, but I think is best. They are best warm, so you can in this way.

Other proposals are soya beans, salads and pasta are adding.

Do not buy fresh ... They lose their sweetness and strength turn when he gets his soft "in their shop ...

Buy frozen vegetables frozen by the other ... You can either take in or outside of the tank.

I perfer the tank.

I'm just blanching them in boiling salted water, you put them in a bowl, sprinkle a little salt, and eat again like peanuts ... I like popcorn and movies instead.

If you can buy outside of the shell with other leggumes such as beans or peas are mixed.

You take a young.

Try frozen and if you do not always love him then just do not like and in fact there is nothing you can do.

I love to eat and his hand all day! LOL!

I prefer hot edamame with coarse salt - or hot and dipped in soy sauce or soy sauce mixture spicy sesame oil. Cold and shells can be added to stir fries, soups, vegetables and salads.
