Colonoscopy Images Are These Tapeworm In My Stool?

Are these tapeworm in my stool? - colonoscopy images

I am 33 and have abdominal pain for 4 years. Not find 2 ultrasound, upper and lower endoscopy, the problem. My colonoscopy 3 days.
I had diarrhea 4 times a day. I see these little heads 5 mm long with 4 guys lobed in my chair. Ate raw potatoes, broccoli and rhythms of the meal last night, so I'm not sure if I arrived at the broccoli view. I think the dwarf tapeworm segments may be higher.
